Sunshine Estates Property Owners, Inc., (SEPO)
governs Sunshine Country Club Estates (SCCE).

Members of the Board of Directors must be
"deeded lot owners of record of Sunshine Country Club Estates, and/or their spouse"
(as stated in Article II of the Bylaws).
Elections for approximately half the Board are held each February creating staggered terms
which provides continuity.
