Video Exercises

Look what we have here for the Video Exercise Classes.​

  • One of our most kind resident couples donated a TV.

  • And another kind resident donated a DVD/VCR Combo Player.

  • And yet another kind resident set it all up.

 

Don't we live with lots of wonderful people here at Sunshine.

So I want to see you all get yourselves moving and join in the FUN.

  • Questions: Beth Parrish

  • Location: Meeting room between the Pavilion and the Fitness Room.

  • Access:

    • 7 days a week.

    • Anyone can Reserve the room through the office whenever you want to use it. The Request Form can be obtained from the Office or HERE.

    • Use the 'Keypad Code' (found HERE) to enter the room.

    • Be sure to close the door tight upon exiting the room.

  • All skill levels welcome to participate.
     

  • REMEMBER - This is for both Fun & Exercise.

 

Video DVDs & VCRs are available in the room OR bring what you like most.
