Exercise - Fitness Room

We have a great 'Fitness Room'

that is secured with a Keypad Lock and

open 24 hours for all residents/renters use.

CHECK BACK SOON FOR PICTURES OF THIS ROOM FILLED WITH VARIOUS FITNESS EQUIPMENT, MOST OF WHICH HAS BEEN DEDICATED BY OUR SUNSHINE RESIDENTS.

Onward Upward. Today’s world is more focused on staying stronger and healthier (at least we hope so).

There are some great ideas and possibly grant writing experienced leaders and smart cookies in our community brainstorming to possibly get some better/safer/more up-to-date equipment.

If you have grant writing experience or ideas to improve our facility, this is a great time to step up.

4 o’clock Tuesday, November 5 in the library there will be a brainstorming meeting.

Yea for friends and neighborhood that take action for improvement.
